Demco Commander Tow Bar
Demco Commander Towbars are the most economical RV mounted towbars on the market. They offer more features than anything else in its class. Weighing only 41 pounds they have a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds and come complete with safety cables. They feature a modular design, can be stored in multiple positions, and have easy trigger releases. The Demco Commander has self supporting arms making it easier to hook up your tow vehicle.
*Baseplates: Towbars attach to the towed vehicle by means of a 'base plate' or 'bracket' system which provides a strong and secure attachment directly to the frame of the towed vehicle. Click here for more information about ordering Demco towbar base plates.
Please Note:
- The Tow Bar and Base Plate are sold separately even though you need both items of a complete installation. You can order them both here.
- Not all vehicles can be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground without modifications. Ascertain from your manufacturer as to the towability of your vehicle.
Lock your towbar!!
Protect your investment with locking hitch pins and base plate locks. If you stop for lunch and don't take the keys out of your towed vehicle, it's not a great feat for someone to steal it and/or your valuable tow bar. The 3-lock set is keyed alike. Click here.
