Brite-Ply EPDM Rubber Roofing on your RV means your roof will be quiet by eliminating roof rumble and noise from wind, rain, and other elements. It assures a water-tight roof that is maintenance free. It?s heat reflecting characteristics saves you energy.

EPDM sheeting is the only rubber roofing membrane that is extruded. This process allows Dicor to produce a consistent single ply membrane with a white surface and a black back. This process also insures the roofing is highly puncture resistant, tear resistant and reflects and refracts harmful UV rays. In fact this process has a high polymer content enabling the membrane to pass the ASTM 20 year accelerated aging test with no discoloration.

Please note: This rubber EPDM product can be used on almost any surface with new unfinished wood decking (substrate).

Depending on your roof load requirements, you roof decking should be at least 1/8th luan plywood. For heavier load requirements (storage pods, or consistent traffic), a minimum of 1/2? plywood is recommended.

The installation component kit (38-1489, sold seperately) includes two gallons of water based adhesive (covers 175-200 sq.feet per gallon). 150 ft. of butyl tape used to seal around all the accessories and molding, and six 10.3 oz tubes of lap sealant. Each kit comes with a warranty card and easy to follow instructions.

Brite-Ply EPDM is sold by one linear foot increments. Orders for a partial roll will be rounded up to the nearest foot.
