Gas Prop, 40# 20in Exten
Gas Shocks provide counterbalancing for the weight of compartment and locker doors, access hatches, beds, etc. Gas shocks are widely used in travel trailers, motor homes and other recreational vehicles to make opening doors and lifting beds easier on the RVer. They are self-contained, nitrogen-driven, and provide uniform handle forces for many years.
All gas shocks listed have ball-socket type end fittings, which may require replacement of your current mounting hardware with the ball stud or brackets shown. Compressed length allows for .39" (10mm) of the rod to be exposed.
